Tai Chi for Balance

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is an instructor-led group program designed to improve functional balance, strength, and mobility. Derived from the traditional martial art of Tai Chi, this course uses a combination of eight basic forms, in a sequence that progresses from easy to difficult. These forms can be practiced separately or together to help reduce falling and fall-related risks.

I am currently teaching this course through the Greene County Council on Aging at the Bellbrook Senior Center, Bellbrook OH.
